The Hero's Journey

The Hero's Journey is a board game for self-discovery and personal growth, designed to keep development goals top of mind during and alongside work. This game is a tool I developed myself to track my progress and is part of a broader concept that includes a reflection booklet, journal, agenda, and sticker sheets. The game combines fun with productivity and helps achieve goals through challenges, reflections, and feedback.
